Most orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. If you have placed a custom size/color order, it may take up to 12 weeks extra time for delivery. Backordered items will be shipped immediately upon receiving.

Please take into consideration these factors in regard to time of delivery:

  • Payment has to be received before we can process your order.
  • Excluding national holidays, all deliveries are made only Monday through Friday.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for UPS ground delivery.
  • Shipping distance from North Carolina may affect your actual delivery time.
  • If you are at a remote address your order may take additional days to deliver.

International Orders (Outside USA)

We currently ship all over the world. Please contact one of our sales associates by e-mail at sales(at)worldoftreasures(dot)net.

Fee Structure for Ground Shipping and Handling

Our orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground unless it is an international order or Hawaii and Alaska. If you wish to have your order shipped with another carrier please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you would like us to use your shipping account, please inform us of the carrier and account number.

We will ship COD (for shipping amount only) on domestic orders. Please note that UPS charges additional fees for shipping COD.

Your shipping fees will depend upon weight and dimensions of the package(s). Please contact a sales associates for shipping options and fees.
